Venice’s gondola service operates under official tariffs established by the Comune di Venezia (City of Venice). The current fares were approved by Venice City Council Resolution No. 89 of 20 April 2023 and apply at licensed gondola stations throughout the city.

• Price: €90 per gondola
• Duration: 30 minutes

Night Gondola Ride

• Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Price: €110 per gondola
• Duration: 35 minutes

Are Gondola Prices the Same Everywhere in Venice?

Yes. The official base tariff is regulated by the City of Venice and applies at licensed gondola stations across the city, including popular departure points near St. Mark’s Square, the Grand Canal, Santa Sofia, San Tomà, and other gondola stops.

Visitors should be aware that the official fare covers the standard duration only. Longer rides, customized routes, or special services may incur additional charges calculated according to the extra time requested.
